Pseudoart V11by `jake

I made a new design for my site. While not completely done (I've yet to come up with a decent footer), this design is like going back to the original pseudoart.org.

The top will be flashed, but only for subtle animation effects. Furthermore, there'll only be a few pages in addition to this page, which is more or less just a portal into my works.

Expect to see this version hit the 'web in a week or so.
